I forgot I even started this blog. I think I've decided that facebook is my one minute- one liner blog because it is about all I can do most days. Not that I am any busier than any other mom. I don't mean to claim to be. Holy moly though. My kids are the ones everyone stares at at the mall. My kids are the ones that cause other mothers to shake their heads in disgust. My kids are the ones...period.
So, this morning...Mack follows Brian into the bathroom while he is showering. I can hear her talking through the door. At this point in her life she is very interested in genitals. She also says "Oh my goodness" all the time. He gets out of the shower. I hear her. "Oh my goodness that's a big penis." I am laughing. I don't hear daddy laughing in the bathroom. Friggin hillarious if you ask me.
I do love having funny kids. Maybe my kids aren't any funnier than other kids. Maybe I'm just really paying attention. Maybe looking for the humor in my life helps me through the parts that are so hard. Who knows.
