This wasn't in the brochure...

I have said that so many times in the last five years. When you think about having a baby, you think about how cute they are in the little clothes and how sweet they smell. Before you begin the journey, no one ever tells you what really happens. No one tells you that your kids grow horns at 15 months old. No one tells you exactly what to do the first time vomit shoots from your baby's face. No one mentions that for the next few years you will do everything with one hand because you are holding the baby in the other. Hence-this wasn't in the brochure. But...I do need to reassure you that parenting is more than I ever expected it to be. Yesterday I looked at Mack and wanted to freeze time. Her little haircut, her boots, her perfectly square diaper butt in her skinny jeans. Perfection.
